Nobuya Sugawa is an internationally acclaimed saxophonist whom Japan is very much proud of. He has assumed a role of the concert master of Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra for almost 22 years from 1989 through 2010. Currently along with the activities as a soloist, he performs as a member of Trouvère Quartet. He also serves as the resident conductor of Yamaha Symphonic Band, and is a visiting professor of Tokyo University of Arts.

Omar Tomasoni is principal trumpet player with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra since August 2013 and is Yamaha Artist.
Omar is an accomplished keyboardist/artist/songwriter with a long list of recorded material by artists including Estelle, Kanye West, the Roots, Latyoa London, Vikter Duplaix, Larry Gold, Kindred the Family Soul, and Dave Sereny amongst others.

The Orchestra plays for nearly all performances given by The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet on the main stage of the Royal Opera House, under Music Directors Antonio Pappano (The Royal Opera) and Koen Kessels (The Royal Ballet).
